Welcome to our humble abode! You will have your own room and bath with a semi-private home entrance. New AC installed in summer 2025. As the upstairs of our home is reserved solely for guests, it has a very private feel. We're minutes from Sullivan's Island tucked away in a beautiful quiet neighborhood and just a few miles from downtown. The space is a private room over our garage with an attached bathroom and has a semi-private entrance. You will enter through our garage into our laundry room and the door to upstairs is in the laundry room. The head clearance is low in spots, so if you're over 6', watch your noggin at times! The room has a queen sized bed, a desk, a mini fridge, and microwave for use. There is a smart Roku TV with Netflix and ability for you to stream or login to apps as you like. We have a newly installed mini split AC unit to keep you comfortable year-round. The room has a Keurig coffee machine for your use. Walkable places: - Starbucks - 10min walk - 0.4mi - Queensborough Shopping Center - ~15min - 0.8mi - Locals Sushi & Taco (1/2 price sushi Mondays) - Publix grocery store - Paisano's Pizza - Hachiya Ramen - Chick-fil-A

Had a wonderful stay with Bruce and Dakota. The room was clean and comfy. They were warm and responsive hosts. Location is excellent, close to lots of stores and dining, and a quick easy drive to both Sullivans Island and downtown Charleston. Great stay for the price!

Bruce and Dakota were fantastic! They went the extra mile and were accommodating! They even let me do my laundry while on my stay and checked in and introduced themselves to me. Most friendly couple! I highly recommend staying with them.

We were so happy with our stay here! Even though it’s attached to their house (room above the garage), it was so quiet and felt like our own space! It’s an amazing set up. We would love to stay again! Quick drive into Charleston & just a 12min drive to the beach. Perfect location if you’re visiting both of those spots. It was clean, had everything we needed, and the bed was super comfortable!

We had a wonderful stay! The check-in process was incredibly easy and hassle-free, which made everything start off on the right foot. This was a great stay for 2 in a good location to Sullivans Island, Shem Creek, and downtown! Hosts were nice and the room looked just like the pictures. Just watch your head in a few spots if you are tall. Would book here again!
