Our newly renovated townhome is spacious and just over the bridge in South Mt Pleasant. You will be less than 10 minutes from Downtown Charleston and 10-15 minutes to Sullivan's Island and Isle of Palms beaches. Please note, we do not provide beach towels, so bring some along for your beach outing. On the first floor you will find an open layout fully stocked kitchen, relaxing living room with a TV, a game room with a foosball table and a half bath. We have a small courtyard out back with a gas Weber grill for your use. Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms, all with queen size beds, blackout curtains, and sound machines. Two of the three have TVs. The master is connected to a half bath, which connects to the full bath. The full bath is also accessible via the hallway. The house has 1 full bathroom with a shower/bath and 2 half bathrooms. There is a pack-n-play available with a Dream On Me mattress. Just bring a sheet for your kiddo. Maximum of 2 cars are permitted to park at the house — one parked in front and one in back (for a compact vehicle). For additional parking please inquire. Cooper Estates is a quiet neighborhood close to all Mt Pleasant has to offer. Trader Joe's and Whole Foods are less than a mile away as well as many restaurants. Shem Creek's waterfront restaurants and bars are 1.5 miles away.
